We ALWAYS issue a certificate where necessary, it is part of the regulations – BEWARE of anyone (particularly some unscrupulous kitchen and bathroom fitters – NOT ALL OF THEM) who say that they will have to charge you extra for a certificate, it is part of the job. This is the main reason why Part P has been introduced. This type of work always needs one issuing.

Today, we have an increasing need for electrical sockets.

The electrical regulations quote that a lack of sufficient sockets is more of a danger than having too many.

Within reason, there is no limit to the number of sockets one can have in a domestic property.

Quoting directly from the regulations, the minimum number of TWIN sockets recommended is:
